Het gaat wel lekker, afgezien van dat ik vrij snel door mijn nestje (werkgebied rond mijn naald) heen ben omdat de libellen best wel groot zijn (ongeveer 10 cm), ik moet dus heel vaak stoppen, hernestelen en dan kan ik weer doorgaan, gadegeslagen door een zeer ontdane Zopje; dat ik hem zomaar van zijn lekker bedje afplukte en op de hoek van de bank plantte, zint hem niks, en zodra ik richting keuken loop om een kopje koffie te halen, springt hij alweer op de quilt, heerlijk.

Quilting this huge one in this particular patern is going fine, though the size of the patern forces me to stop to shift my quiltingnest (area surrounding my needle) frequently; the size of the dragonfly is appr. 4" or 10 cm. The woolen batting quilts like a dream, like I mentioned earlier, photo below is the back, look at those dragonflies fly. I got the idea of this patern from Quiltinghideaway . Zopje didn’t like it at all, when I carried him from this quilt to the sofa, he kept staring at me the way only a cat can, and the moment I went into the kitchen to get me some coffee, he jumped back on to the table and claimed the quilt again.
